It is the policy of Complete Wellness to remain open for clinical operations during most periods of inclement weather though the front office operations may be suspended during severe weather events.

In the event of severe weather, all in-person sessions will be conducted through

our telemedicine platform. Please refer to the telemedicine page of our website

for the specific link to your clinician's telemedicine waiting room. The button here can also take you to the telemedicine page.

The determination to close the front office for inclement weather is influenced by closures for federal government offices and Baltimore City offices. The decision to close any office of Complete Wellness is determined on a case-by-case basis by the President of the company.

 

On days when weather conditions worsen after the opening of business for the day, the President may decide to close Complete Wellness's front office before the official end of the work day.

 

Complete Wellness will maintain a pre-recorded message to indicate that the front office is closed due to inclement weather. This message will be activated once a decision to close has been made.
