Keenan Eldridge, LGPC
Keenan Eldridge is a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC) with a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Johns Hopkins University. With a strong foundation in psychology and sociology, Keenan is committed to compassionate, evidence-based mental health support for diverse populations. He has experience working with individuals and groups across a range of areas, including anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and recovery from addiction.
Keenan also has a background and expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis, supporting the Autism community as a registered behavior technician. Throughout his collegiate career, he worked with specialized clients effectively using Applied Behavior Analysis.
Currently practicing at Complete Wellness in Baltimore, Keenan specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Rogerian (person-centered) approaches. His culturally sensitive, client-centered approach is tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual, particularly those from low-income and minority backgrounds. Additionally, Keenan has a strong research background, with publications focusing on mental health support for underserved populations, the impact of relationship violence intervention programs, and the importance of holistic development for future mental health professionals.
